There's been far too much said in far too many blogs about Paolo Bacigalupi's three-part series on saving science fiction and fantasy magazines from ever-declining circulations. Everything he says is sensible and gets little argument from me, and I say that as someone who subscribes to way too many SF/F magazines but easily understands why most people don't.
